Just when I thought we were done...

We took our first trip to the pediatric ophthalmologist today. Zach got sand or dirt in his eye yesterday afternoon while he, Danica and Elliott were playing outside. I did a saline rinse and thought I got it all out. When he woke up this morning, his eye was red and irritated. After looking at it, I was afraid he still had something in his eye. After going to the pediatrician and the ophthalmologist, we learned that Zach's eye is just irritated. Just when I thought we were done with medicine for the kids, Zach now has another prescription. At least he doesn't have a foreign body embedded in his eye. Ouch!
