Pressing on

Philippians 3:14 says "I  press on toward the goal ..." And that's just what Matthew's doing. He's pressing on in hopes to feel better soon. Even though he still isn't feeling better. He had some more testing done and it came back normal. So far, everyone just tells him, "It's just stress. Relax." But he wonders how he is supposed to do that when he knows there is something not right.

He's still having stomach issues - discomfort - along with tingling in the arms, achiness in the right leg, fatigue. What is left? What could we be missing?

Three weeks ago he had an endoscopy done and was told he has a hiatal hernia. Could this be causing the discomfort? Who knows?

We do know that God will grant peace and comfort.  Isaiah 26:12 says, "LORD, you will grant us peace..." And Psalm 94:19 says, "When the cares of my heart are many, your consolations cheer my soul." He will hear and answer our prayers for resolution. Thank you, Lord, for allowing our faith, strength, and trust in you to be tested.
