Danica’s got a super soccer kick…

…when she plays. For her first game, she had the grandparents and aunts and uncle on the sidelines rooting for her. What did she do? She stood in the center of the field and played in the dirt while the other kids played at the opposite end of the soccer field.

We’re halfway through the season and she has finally started to want to participate. Last Saturday, she played all but one or two periods and had a blast. She ran around with her tongue out, chasing the other kids that were chasing the ball. Near the end of the game, I think she was beginning to get a little tired. Matthew helped her play defense. She looked like his puppet. He picked her up and moved her to where she needed to play. It was pretty funny!
